LUNCH & LEARN: EXPLORING IDENTITY AND SELF-DISCOVERY

Who are you at your core? This class will guide you through self-reflection exercises to explore your values, beliefs, and personal identity, helping you gain clarity and confidence in who you are and where you’re headed.

This meeting is part of Lunch & Learn Mondays from Shawnee Tribe Behavioral Health, which aims to create a supportive and engaging Zoom community dedicated to learning about mental health, psychology, and personal growth through psychoeducation. There is no cost to attend, and registration is not necessary. For assistance, contact meeting facilitator Haylee Fields (MS, LPC-C) at hfields@shawnee-tribe.com or (918) 542 – 2441, ext. 145.
