LUNCH & LEARN: MANAGING SYMPTOMS OF TRAUMA
Trauma affects the mind and body in complex ways. This class will provide insight into trauma responses and offer strategies for coping, healing, and regaining a sense of safety and stability.
This meeting is part of Lunch & Learn Mondays from Shawnee Tribe Behavioral Health, which aims to create a supportive and engaging Zoom community dedicated to learning about mental health, psychology, and personal growth through psychoeducation.
