KOSU Radio Indigenous affairs reporter Katie Hallum wants you to help her understand what Oklahomans were taught about Native American history in public schools.
She is conducting a survey (closes June 1) as part of a larger reporting project that will take her to Germany to explore how tough subjects are approached there, and how it compares to Oklahoma's approach to teaching Indigenous history.
Your experiences are part of a deeper conversation about how we remember and teach our past in the face of a changing political landscape.
