Learn how to express yourself clearly, listen actively, and navigate conversations effectively to strengthen personal and professional relationships. No registration is necessary, and there is no cost to attend.
On Monday, August 25, the last session will cover Managing Symptoms of Trauma. Trauma affects the mind and body in complex ways. This class will provide insight into trauma responses and offer strategies for coping, healing, and regaining a sense of safety and stability.
The Shawnee Tribe's Behavioral Health Department is facilitating this meeting series to create a supportive Zoom community to foster personal growth and mental health education for domestic & intimate partner violence survivors. π» π§
