7:00 pm — Community Dinner & Stomp Dance (Miami Tribe Council House, 2319 Newman Road, Miami, OK 74354 – 0.5 miles west of former Prairie Sun Casino-)

Saturday, September 16 –

8:00 am – 11:00 am Polls Open (People’s Community Center at Bowlin Springs, 428099 East 270 Rd Chelsea, OK 74016)

11:00 am – General Council Meeting Begins (People’s Community Center at Bowlin Springs, 428099 East 270 Rd Chelsea, OK 74016)

Immediately following the meeting, lunch will be served. Catering by Bowlin’s BBQ.
